This role seeks a highly skilled Master Electrician or Electrical Engineer to manage the commissioning and smooth operation of sophisticated photovoltaic (PV) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning site deployments, creating schedules, and efficiently organizing the installation team. A key part of the job involves ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards and proactively identifying and solving technical issues with a hands-on approach. The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, energy suppliers, and vendors, clarifying technical requirements and scheduling appointments. Required Skills
Education
Master Electrician (Elektromeister), State-certified Technician (Specializing in Energy or Electrical Engineering), or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally preceded by an electrician apprenticeship.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and executing site deployments
- Experience in managing teams efficiently and proactively
- Knowledge in transformer substations and medium-voltage technology (preferred, willingness to learn accepted)
- Expertise in relevant industry norms and standards
