Job Summary

This crucial role involves providing comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the Executive Board within the healthcare sector. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the conceptual development of strategic and operational topics, project management, and monitoring measures within the development program. Key tasks include analyzing and preparing data, metrics, and information, developing solutions, and creating essential decision templates, presentations, and reports for the board. The ideal candidate requires a background in business administration or equivalent, excellent MS Office skills, experience with project management tools, and proven reliability, discretion, and strong communication abilities.
