Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electronics Technician specializing in Surface Mount Device (SMD) production lines, based in Wedel, within the aviation industry sector. The core responsibilities include setting up, operating, and maintaining the entire SMD production line according to specifications, handling both series production and prototypes. Daily tasks involve adjusting production programs, performing inspections, rework on assemblies, and meticulous documentation of all work steps, including maintenance logs using a planning system. A key part of the job is developing process optimization measures and creating quality reports in SAP. Candidates must possess a completed professional qualification as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, coupled with at least two years of experience operating an SMD placement machine, and specific soldering knowledge for SMD and THT components (IPC-7711/7721). The position requires shift readiness (2-shift model) and strong teamwork skills.
