Job Summary

ASSA ABLOY, the world market leader in access solutions, is seeking a technically proficient Facility Manager for their production site in Berlin-Zehlendorf. This role focuses on the reliable maintenance and development of the site's facilities, buildings, and technical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing technical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for building services equipment, performing technical work, inspections, and documentation, and managing external service providers through coordination, quality control, and acceptance. The successful candidate will also handle process organization, material coordination, scheduling, and procurement, including obtaining, comparing, and evaluating technical quotations while maintaining cost oversight. This position offers a long-term perspective in a stable company, complete with collective agreement-based compensation and 30 days of vacation.
