Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (recognized by IHK or HWK) OR a successfully completed university degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field). Additionally, a completed qualification as Industrial Master, Trade Master, or State-Certified/Recognized Technician OR several years of relevant professional experience is required. A degree in a technical field or business administration is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in leading teams
- Experience in the automation and maintenance of conveyor systems
- Experience in supervising external companies (Preferred)
- Experience in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive measures (Preferred)

Additional
- Must be willing to work on-site at a logistics center, including shift models that may encompass nights and weekends. The position is a permanent, full-time contract.
