Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and quality-compliant operation of various energy systems, including diesel fueling stations, electric train preheating systems, photovoltaic plants, and e-mobility infrastructure for DB Energie. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact and plant operator, managing and overseeing maintenance, repair, and fault clearance activities through internal and external commissioning. A key component of the job is project management, focusing on planning, implementation, and commissioning of modernization projects. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical, Environmental, or Energy Technology, possesses professional experience in operating energy facilities, and is comfortable ensuring compliance with railway-specific laws, regulations, and technical standards.
