Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Industrial Mechanic or Maintenance Technician to join a high-tech semiconductor company in Dresden on an indefinite contract. The primary responsibilities involve ensuring the operational readiness of complex manufacturing equipment. Day-to-day tasks include locating and resolving faults in electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies, conducting preventative maintenance, and supporting the installation and modification of new and existing automation systems. Candidates must hold a recognized technical qualification, such as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or Industrial Mechanic, and demonstrate a willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow a rolling shift pattern (6 days on, 4 days off). Proficiency in written and spoken German is mandatory, with English skills being advantageous.
