Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Security Technician in Oldenburg involves specializing in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced video surveillance systems (CCTV). Day-to-day responsibilities include the physical mounting of cameras and recording equipment, extensive cabling, and the integration of these systems into existing security infrastructure and central control centers. A core part of the role is system setup, rigorous configuration, and providing essential ongoing support, including comprehensive fault diagnosis, repair, and component replacement, delivered both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or IT System Technology and possess proven professional experience handling video surveillance and general network technology. Basic familiarity with IT systems and camera software is considered beneficial.
