Job Summary

This senior leadership role, Director of Engineering, is focused on ensuring maximum process stability and continuous improvement across all engineering processes within the electronics production environment. The successful candidate will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for multiple engineering teams consisting of engineers and technicians. Key responsibilities include developing standardized and methodical manufacturing concepts concerning cycle time, material flow, throughput, and layout, while also taking responsibility for delivering holistic value streams. The role demands continuous automation of manual manufacturing processes and active promotion of collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, including managing development projects. Applicants must possess a technical university degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Process Engineering) and extensive leadership experience in an engineering or production setting, coupled with proven expertise in process and production systems. Fluency in both German and English is a mandatory requirement.
