This role requires an organized and detail-oriented IT Service Manager to coordinate and manage the deployment of internal technicians and external service providers, ensuring seamless project execution within the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. Day-to-day tasks involve meticulous planning and steering of resources, maintaining strict oversight of deadlines and project costs, and ensuring precise documentation of all processes. A key component of the role is utilizing strong numerical skills to create valuable evaluations and statistics that drive continuous process improvement. Additionally, the manager supports monthly billing processes and handles resource planning and procurement for various projects and orders. The ideal candidate brings experience in resource organization/coordination, preferably within the IT services sector, coupled with strong customer orientation and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
