Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Major Infrastructure Projects within Germany's national highway operator. The expert will be critically responsible for coordinating all stakeholders involved in major projects, including public authorities, municipalities, construction companies, and external engineering firms, acting as the central interface manager. Day-to-day tasks include strategic contractual oversight of planning, construction, operational services, and maintenance management, as well as handling fundamental processing tasks related to PPP contracts. The position requires deep expertise in construction contract management for large-scale infrastructure, particularly PPP, and knowledge of specific German technical contract conditions (ZTV, ZTV-ING).
