This role is ideal for a communications professional focused on implementing and managing a new internal communication solution. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of the platform, including content creation, editorial planning, and technical oversight. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing internal topics—ranging from projects and campaigns to videos and documents—ensuring they align with the company's brand voice and are disseminated effectively to the right audience at the right time. Key requirements include a background in communication or journalism, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with digital tools like content management systems (CMS) or employee apps. This position offers flexibility through flextime (06:30 to 20:00) and the option to combine office work with home office days after the initial training period, alongside extensive professional development opportunities.

Experience
