This leadership role involves spearheading the technical and organizational development of Data Centers for an established IT service provider in Dresden, focusing exclusively on Open Source and Linux-based solutions. The Head of Data Center will lead the Data Center team, driving forward its vision and continuous development. Key responsibilities include evaluating network and infrastructure concepts for internal Data Centers and client projects, and supporting the advancement of automation and monitoring systems. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Information Technology or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience in Data Center operations using Open Source solutions. Strong knowledge in networking and security, along with proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Docker for automating Data Center processes and cloud systems, is essential.
