Job Summary

Join neocx, a joint venture between tracetronic and Volkswagen, focused on developing the Continuous Integration-Factory (CI-Factory) to support complex vehicle function integration and assurance across the Volkswagen Group. In this Systems Engineer role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing software tools for integration and assurance processes within the automotive sector. Day-to-day tasks involve creating customized software solutions for process automation, continuously developing and deploying test automation for Electronic Control Units (ECUs), and testing components up to complete vehicle systems. You will manage test bench configurations and environments using analysis and manipulation tools. Utilizing agile methods like Scrum and Kanban, you will work closely with clients and collaborate with software developers to respond directly to feedback. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, possesses strong analytical skills, and is passionate about programming, preferably in Python or similar languages.
