Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious Technical Project Manager to oversee the technical management and system development within the Defence sector. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive requirements analysis, managing specifications, and coordinating crucial system documentation. You will be responsible for planning, defining, and controlling work packages, performing system integration, defect detection, and rigorous system testing. The position involves technical risk and claim management, creating decision templates (e.g., Make-or-Buy analyses), and coordinating system qualification processes with external bodies (e.g., environmental, EMC, functional safety). Candidates must possess a completed technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) and several years of experience managing complex technical systems. Proficiency in relevant industry standards (ISO, V-Model) and strong communication skills are essential, alongside negotiation-level German and good English skills.
