Job Summary

This role involves supporting critical business processes, focusing specifically on network usage billing and customer data management within the energy sector. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for processing billing errors, creating support tickets, and meticulously maintaining master data integrity. A significant part of the job includes performing and evaluating tests related to network usage billing and optimizing existing settlement processes through detailed analysis. Furthermore, the specialist will provide consultation and support to Standard Load Profile (SLP) customers. Candidates should possess a background in economics, IT, or a comparable field, coupled with specific knowledge of SLP billing and practical experience using SAP IS-U systems. This position requires an independent, analytical, and conscientious working style to ensure efficient and accurate technology solutions for clients.
