This role involves serving as a Construction Supervisor (Bauleiter) within the Electrical and Information Technology group for the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district of Berlin, managing diverse projects ranging from new construction and renovations to maintenance. The successful candidate will lead projects according to HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), ensuring facilities are functional, economical, and sustainable from design through handover. Key responsibilities include coordinating external engineering offices, service providers, and contractors, leading negotiations, and efficiently managing organizational processes like tendering, contracting, and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures). This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, professional experience in construction supervision, and a high degree of self-reliance to deliver visible, impactful results that maintain the district's infrastructure.
