Job Summary

This leadership role involves the comprehensive management and strategic development of the Maintenance department for a traditional Bavarian juice producer. The Head of Maintenance will independently lead critical areas including electrical engineering, mechanical maintenance, automation, energy, building services, and water/wastewater systems. A core responsibility is leading, motivating, and developing a team of approximately eight employees, serving as the central interface between production management and maintenance to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. The role requires analyzing and resolving technical weaknesses, planning maintenance measures, and contributing to the implementation of technical investments. Candidates need strong leadership skills, comprehensive technical knowledge of filling systems (electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical), and expertise in control technology and PLC programming. This position offers challenging tasks, high levels of autonomy, and short decision-making paths within a quality-focused, traditional company.
