Job Summary

This is a unique, two-year practice-oriented qualification program designed for individuals with a technical background who are eager to transition into the attractive field of medical technology. Participants will immediately join EBA AG and spend the duration of the program rotating through various departments, gaining comprehensive practical experience in medical and X-ray technology. The role involves hands-on learning, working both on-site with customers and in the workshop, and taking on initial independent tasks under supervision. This structured learning process, guided by defined goals and practical activities, helps participants discover their strengths and potential future responsibilities within the company. Key requirements include a completed technical apprenticeship (in electrical, mechatronic, electronic, automotive, IT, or industrial fields) and a high degree of motivation, technical interest, and a willingness to learn.
