Job Summary

This role involves leading diverse projects focused on electrical systems, specifically low and high voltage technology, within the field of Technical Building Equipment (TGA). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing technical proposals and concepts in line with HOAI service phases, overseeing planning services collaboratively with the design team, and managing tendering and awarding processes, including creating service specifications. The Project Manager will also handle negotiations with clients and subcontractors, participate in construction meetings, and manage technical project control and supplementary claims (change order management). Key qualifications include a technical degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) or equivalent certification (Technician or Master Craftsman) in Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience in project or construction management of electrical systems. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and project management software is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
