This role involves leading diverse projects focused on electrical systems, specifically low and high voltage technology, within the Technical Building Equipment (TBE) sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing technical proposals and concepts according to HOAI service phases, overseeing planning services in collaboration with the design team, and managing tendering and awarding procedures, including creating specifications. The successful candidate will also handle negotiations with clients and subcontractors, participate in site meetings, and manage technical project control and change order management. Key requirements include a technical degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering and professional experience in project or construction management of electrical systems.
