Job Summary

This role involves leading diverse projects focused on electrical systems, specifically low and high voltage technology, within the field of Technical Building Equipment (TGA). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing technical proposals and concepts according to HOAI service phases, overseeing planning services in collaboration with the engineering team, and managing tendering and awarding procedures, including creating specifications. The successful candidate will also handle negotiations with clients and subcontractors, participate in construction meetings, and manage technical project control and change orders (Nachtragsmanagement). Key qualifications include a technical degree or equivalent certification (Technician/Master in Electrical Engineering) and professional experience in project or construction management of electrical systems. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and project management software is essential, alongside strong organizational, team, and communication skills.
