Job Summary

This role involves leading diverse and challenging electrical engineering projects, focusing on both low and high voltage systems, for established engineering and planning firms specializing in Technical Building Services (TGA/MEP). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing comprehensive technical proposals and concepts in line with HOAI service phases, managing the planning team's outputs, and overseeing complex tendering and award procedures. The Project Manager will be responsible for technical project control, including crucial change order management, and must effectively negotiate with both clients and subcontractors during site meetings. Key requirements include a technical degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent qualification (Technician/Master) in Electrical Engineering, coupled with professional experience in project or construction management of electrical systems. Success requires strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, alongside proficiency in standard MS Office, CAD, and project management software.
