Job Summary

This role involves providing essential third-level technical support and field service for specialized dental practice and laboratory software, hardware, and network solutions. The IT Application Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, conducting on-site service, and providing customer support and training on various software products after comprehensive initial training. Ideal candidates possess a background in IT, such as System Integration Specialist or IT System Salesperson, coupled with strong knowledge of software technology, networking solutions, PC technology, and MS operating systems. This is a full-time, initially temporary position in Munich with a strong option for permanent employment, offering flexible hours and a collaborative team environment.
