Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the technical operation and maintenance of all building services systems (electrical, heating, ventilation, plumbing, climate control, security technology) at a new, highly modern branch in Pilsach. The Head of Building Services will plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance, inspection, and repair work, while also performing minor repairs independently. A crucial part of the role is managing external service providers and ensuring strict adherence to all legal requirements, particularly concerning occupational safety, fire protection, and technical operational safety. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (e.g., Electrician, Plant Mechanic) with further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician, coupled with solid knowledge of building technology and proficiency in MS Office and ideally CAFM systems.
