Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Production Chemist to develop and manage concepts for production and workflow processes during the final expansion phase of a new facility. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing process data, ensuring alignment between process design and plant equipment, and actively supporting project timelines and budgets using the Operational Readiness Scorecard. The professional will play a key part in the Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) phase, plan initial Performance Qualification (PPQ) campaigns, and program production processes using Process Control Systems (preferably PCS-7) or MES. This position requires continuous process optimization, creating manufacturing specifications and SOPs, training production staff, and handling production deviations. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proven expertise in commissioning new, automated chemical plants.
