Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in Krefeld seeks an Electrical Technician or Mechatronics Technician to join a world market leader specializing in traffic and energy technology, focusing on rail vehicles. The core responsibilities involve the assembly, wiring, and installation of critical electrical components, such as inverters and auxiliary converters, and their sub-assemblies. You will be responsible for installing power electronic modules strictly according to manufacturing specifications and ensuring that all assembly and functionality meet stringent quality standards and technical documentation requirements. A key part of the role includes the testing and commissioning of the wired components during internal quality control. Successful candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification in a relevant electrical or mechatronics field and possess proven experience in wiring electrical sub-assemblies, alongside a strong ability to read and interpret technical plans and blueprints.
