Job Summary

The Ostholstein Utility Association is seeking a part-time Climate Manager to serve as a parental leave replacement, working 15 hours per week until July 31, 2027. This role is crucial for advancing the organization's goal of achieving CO2 neutrality by 2032. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and further developing the climate protection concept, initiating and monitoring specific measures, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders. The manager will also plan and execute internal information events regarding climate, energy, and resource balances, while identifying and realizing savings potential. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Environmental or Engineering Sciences with a focus on Energy/Renewable Energy and possesses strong project work experience, data affinity, and analytical skills.
