Job Summary

This role is ideal for a creative and experienced Electronics Development Engineer looking to drive innovation from concept through to mass production within a leading electronics manufacturing company specializing in PCBs and cable assembly. Day-to-day responsibilities include the design and development of electronic circuits and assemblies, managing new products through the entire lifecycle to serial readiness, and selecting and integrating new components and technologies. The engineer will be responsible for creating schematics, layouts, and bills of materials, collaborating closely with production teams to transition prototypes into manufacturing, and conducting rigorous testing and fault analysis to ensure quality standards are met. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, practical experience in circuit development (ideally in PCB manufacturing), and proficiency in CAD software for schematic and layout creation. Fluency in German is mandatory for effective communication.
