Job Summary
This leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager, involves heading the Technical and Green Services department to ensure the highest quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction across the park's facilities. The Technical Lead is responsible for the smooth operation and continuous development of all technical systems, including buildings, swimming pools, saunas, and green spaces, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment. Day-to-day tasks include planning maintenance and repair work, coordinating operations, managing budgets, overseeing technical inventory, and developing the team. A strong background in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) or Facility Management, ideally with an emphasis on electrical engineering, is required, along with excellent leadership skills and a commitment to electrical safety and sustainability standards.
Required Skills
Education
Technical qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman, State-certified Technician, or comparable degree), ideally focused on Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) or Facility Management
- Experience in leading technical departments and teams
- Experience in managing budgets, maintenance contracts, and investment proposals
- Experience in ensuring electrical safety (as a VEFK or willingness to acquire the qualification)

- Willingness to assume responsibility for electrical safety in the park (Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft - VEFK, or willingness to acquire this qualification shortly); Readiness to perform regular Manager on Duty (MOD) services.
