Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Lead Construction Supervisor for critical water management projects within the Ruhr region, focusing on infrastructure development such as new sewer construction, pumping stations, watercourse expansion, and wastewater treatment plants. The successful candidate will assume overall technical and commercial project leadership, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards according to HOAI and VOB regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the local site supervision team, managing overall project coordination across various trades, handling change order management (Nachtragsmanagement), and liaising extensively with clients, authorities, engineering firms, and contractors. This position is ideal for an experienced civil engineer or technician with expertise in deep foundation engineering and water infrastructure, offering a long-term perspective in a stable industry with hybrid work options and a company vehicle for site visits.
