Job Summary

The SWO Netz GmbH is seeking a dedicated Operational Engineer to join their Power and Data Grids Operations Management team. This role is crucial for driving the transformation and digitalization of the power grid to meet future demands. Key responsibilities include independently leading operational projects, managing construction, renovation, and maintenance measures, and developing and implementing a condition-based maintenance strategy as part of operational asset management. The engineer will also be involved in technical risk management, monitoring regulatory changes, and developing operational and emergency concepts based on network analyses and calculations. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in electrical engineering, relevant professional experience in power grid operations, and strong business acumen, coupled with a proactive, goal-oriented, and communicative working style.
