Job Summary

The Hyperautomation Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing highly automated applications for clients, leveraging technologies such as agents, Machine Learning, and Prompt Engineering. A key part of the role involves conceptualizing and implementing robust evaluation concepts for AI models and frameworks to ensure the high quality of automated processes. Day-to-day tasks include taking responsibility for the development, operation, and monitoring of live AI systems, including troubleshooting and adapting applications based on the latest model developments. The role also requires consulting internal and external stakeholders on suitable AI technologies and methodologies to transform complex concepts into automated solutions. Candidates should possess a degree in a data or IT-related field, practical experience with a data analysis programming language, and strong statistical thinking, coupled with a willingness to travel across Germany for client projects and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Economics with a focus on Data and Software Development

Experience

  • Successful completion of studies in a data or IT-related field (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Economics with a focus on Data and Software Development)
  • Practical experience with at least one programming language relevant for data analysis (e.g., Python or R)
  • Experience implementing initial data projects (e.g., university seminar, thesis, or practical projects)
  • Experience with NLP, especially LLM models (Optimal)
  • Solid understanding of DevOps/MLOps (Optimal)
