Job Summary

This role requires a highly motivated and quality-focused professional to lead a shift team within an innovative pharmaceutical production environment. The Shift Leader will be the master of their shift, responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and documenting the qualification of testing personnel, ensuring strict adherence to cGMP and EHS guidelines. Key responsibilities include optimizing internal processes, creating test patterns, managing projects, and supporting the creation of technical documentation in both English and German. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, extensive experience in pharmacy/pharmaceutical production, and proficiency with relevant IT systems and databases.
