Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join an innovative pharmaceutical company, initially on a 12-month contract with the option for permanent employment. The specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating cross-functional Change Controls and material qualifications, specifically for packaging materials and disposables. Key daily tasks include acting as a subject matter expert in the creation and processing of regulations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and deviations. The position requires strong communication skills, as the specialist will present decisions during audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries in both German and English. Ideal candidates possess a scientific degree (Bachelor's with experience or Master's) in fields like Chemistry or Biotechnology, coupled with excellent GMP knowledge and organizational talent to ensure target-oriented implementation of compliance requirements.
