Job Summary

This role seeks a Project Manager for Smart Building Solutions to join an internationally active technology group, focusing on projects in the Bielefeld or Kassel region. The core mission involves steering projects that integrate sustainable, energy-saving Smart Buildings by networking various trades and implementing intelligent data processing, moving beyond traditional building automation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project strategy, planning phases, coordinating technical details, and leading multiple small to medium-sized project teams. The manager acts as the primary interface for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, while also managing project controlling, budgeting, and change management (identifying and implementing necessary contract amendments). Candidates must possess a technical background, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, coupled with deep professional experience in building automation and project management, alongside fluent proficiency in both German and English (C1 level). This long-term assignment offers above-tariff compensation and the potential for permanent takeover by the client.
