Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Calibration Technician to join an internationally operating technology group in Nuremberg. The primary responsibilities involve performing both internal factory calibrations and accredited DAkkS calibrations on various measuring instruments, including electrical, vacuum, pressure, temperature, and mechanical parameters. A significant part of the job involves conducting on-site calibrations at customer locations, preparing comprehensive documentation, and generating results reports. The technician will also advise internal sites and external customers on measuring equipment and necessary calibration scopes, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, specifically ISO 17025. This position requires a strong technical background, proficiency in calibration techniques, and willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, and Hungary, making it ideal for a meticulous, customer-focused professional seeking long-term stability and professional development in metrology and quality assurance.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training as a Technician
Experience
- Professional experience in calibration or metrology
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 standard
