Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Technician to join an internationally active technology group in Walterhausen, focusing on power grid automation. The core responsibilities involve the projection, planning, and engineering of secondary technology within low, medium, and high-voltage networks for industrial power supply and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks will include designing protection, control, and network technology concepts, dimensioning electrical components (like cable cross-sections and fuse sizes), and creating standard-compliant circuit diagrams using DIN and IEC standards. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in electrical engineering or equivalent long-term professional experience, coupled with demonstrable expertise in electrical networks and CAE software such as ENGINEERING BASE or EPLAN. Strong German (C1) and basic English (B1) skills are required for technical coordination within a structured, results-oriented team environment.
