Job Summary

This role involves working as a Process Automation Specialist for an internationally active technology group in Munich, focusing on the digitalization and optimization of corporate processes. The specialist will primarily use UIPath Studio to automate digital business processes, analyze and document existing manual processes to identify automation potential, and collaborate closely with specialized departments to align on requirements. Key responsibilities include establishing a standardized capture process for new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) requirements, monitoring existing automations, and ensuring seamless end-to-end processes through cross-functional cooperation. Ideal candidates should possess a background in IT application development or business informatics, practical experience with UIPath, and strong communication skills, along with fluency in German (C1) and professional working proficiency in English (B2).
