Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant to join an international technology group in Erlangen. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert support for SAP Ariba Guided Buying, including configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance. Key duties involve contributing to Sourcing and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) modules, maintaining service documentation (SOPs, User Guides), and ensuring compliance. A significant part of the job involves optimizing service and process flows for scalable delivery structures, conducting virtual and in-person user training, and creating professional training materials. The consultant will also take on Subproject Manager responsibilities, coordinating workstreams, reporting progress, and supporting C-Level projects, often involving budget accountability and timely milestone control. This position requires strong SAP Ariba knowledge, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
