This role seeks an engaged Chemical Worker/Production Operator specializing in chip processing for a renowned chemical industry client in Burghausen. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the manual processing and crushing of silicon rods according to specifications, operating and monitoring production plants, conducting visual inspections, weighing, and assessing poly rods, and preparing samples for quality analysis. The successful candidate must possess technical understanding and manual dexterity, ideally backed by completed vocational training in a technical or chemical field. While initial experience in production or the chemical sector is beneficial, the company offers structured processes and the possibility of permanent takeover. A crucial requirement is the willingness to work in a 5-shift operation, ensuring adherence to strict safety, hygiene, and quality standards in a modern work environment.
