This is a key leadership role as Team Leader of Surveying within the Office for Geoinformation and Surveying in Plochingen. The core mission involves managing a team of six professionals, overseeing complex property surveys (Liegenschaftsvermessungen), and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all surveying documents. A significant part of the role is dedicated to training and qualifying the next generation of surveying technicians and civil service candidates. Candidates must hold a degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diplom Engineer) in Surveying, Geodesy, or Geoinformatics, ideally possessing the qualification for the higher administrative surveying service. Success requires deep historical knowledge of cadastral development, expertise in specialized software like DAVID-kaRIBik and SYSTRA for complex adjustments, combined with strong didactic abilities, organizational talent, and proven leadership skills.
