Job Summary

The Diakonie am Campus gGmbH is seeking a full-time, permanent IT System Administrator and System Integration Specialist starting March 1, 2026. This role is central to maintaining and expanding the organization's IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling 1st and 2nd-Level support requests, managing the full lifecycle of IT equipment (procurement, commissioning, maintenance), and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT services. A key focus will be the installation and configuration of server systems, firewalls, site networking, and specialized applications, alongside contributing to the further expansion of the Microsoft 365 cloud structure. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, coupled with practical experience in Microsoft Windows and VMware environments. Desired skills include knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, technical understanding of complex network structures (VLANs, VPN, WLAN), and experience with MDM systems like Baramundi or Microsoft Intune.
