Job Summary

This role is for a Master Electrician to lead the assembly and commissioning of fully automated robot systems for Yaskawa Europe's Robotics Division near Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of electricians, ensuring the smooth execution of electrical assembly work in close collaboration with other departments. Key responsibilities include rigorous quality monitoring, comprehensive fault diagnosis and troubleshooting during assembly and commissioning, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant legal regulations, standards, and safety requirements. The position demands strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate electrical assembly activities, meet project timelines and budgets, and involves training and mentoring the assembly team. Candidates must possess a Master Electrician qualification (or equivalent), at least five years of relevant professional experience, and ideally, prior leadership experience, making this a crucial position in advancing automated manufacturing solutions based on Industry 4.0 concepts.
