Job Summary

This is a critical leadership opportunity for an experienced professional to head Operations and Technology at a successful startup specializing in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Having successfully developed and tested a prototype, the company is now scaling up for large-scale series production to fulfill multi-year contracts globally. The Head of Operations & Technology will be responsible for the technical steering and coordination across Development, Prototyping, Assembly, and Production. Key responsibilities include planning and monitoring all manufacturing projects from design concept to delivery, ensuring rigorous quality standards, and managing logistics, procurement, and external partnerships. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in process development, commissioning, and 'new automotive electronic' systems, coupled with strong budget and resource management skills.
