Job Summary

The Quality Control Coordinator will be instrumental in organizing and managing workflow and projects within the Quality Control department, leveraging strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Key responsibilities include planning laboratory processes, coordinating and motivating laboratory teams, and providing administrative and organizational support to the QC Management, ensuring strict adherence to GMP guidelines. This role acts as a critical interface, ensuring smooth information flow between the laboratory, QC management, and customer service departments through empathetic communication. A core technical requirement involves applying chromatography expertise to optimize sample processing and ensuring the timely, high-quality execution of routine analysis and projects, such as validations and verifications. This position requires a background in Chemistry or Biology, professional experience in QC, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
