Job Summary

This role is for an experienced and conscientious Electrician Team Leader specializing in Testing Technology, joining a quality leader in electrical safety services based in Mainz. You will be responsible for conducting on-site electrical safety checks (Elektro-Check) for customers, ensuring the safety of portable devices, and maintaining high testing quality. Day-to-day tasks involve digitally testing and recording electrical hazards or defects—such as insulation values and protective conductor resistance—using specialized diagnostic software and smartphones. You will generate automated measurement protocols and error reports, and coordinate the testing schedule directly with clients. A key component of this position is leading and coordinating a small team of 2 to 5 testers on site, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must possess completed electrotechnical training, be fluent in German, and ideally speak English to guide international team members, contributing to a safer working environment in a future-proof industry.
