This role involves leading a team of 2 to 5 testers in performing critical on-site electrical safety checks for clients. As the Electrical Testing Team Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the electrical safety and quality of testing portable devices, contributing directly to creating a safe working environment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting the electrical check, digitally recording potential hazards or defects using specialized diagnostic software, and generating automated measurement protocols and error reports for the customer. You will coordinate the testing schedule with clients on-site, manage the deployment of your team, and serve as the primary point of contact for execution questions. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed electrotechnical apprenticeship, strong organizational skills, and a customer-friendly demeanor.
