Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Team Leader responsible for ensuring electrical safety and quality testing for clients in the Leinfelden area. The core function involves leading a team of 2-5 electrical testers in conducting on-site electrical safety checks (Elektro-Check), primarily focusing on portable devices. Day-to-day tasks include performing the checks, digitally recording potential electrical hazards or defects (such as insulation values and protective conductor resistance) using diagnostic software, and generating automated measurement protocols and error reports for the customer. The Team Leader will coordinate testing schedules, communicate directly with clients regarding the process, and maintain close alignment with Project Management. Success requires a completed electro-technical education, a meticulous approach to safety, and strong customer interaction skills, contributing directly to creating a safer working environment in a stable, innovative sector.
