Job Summary

This role is centered on leading a small team (2-5 testers) specializing in on-site electrical safety inspections for clients in the Erlangen region. As the Electrical Testing Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring the electrical safety and quality of inspections, primarily focusing on portable equipment. Day-to-day duties include performing the 'Electro-Check,' digitally identifying and documenting electrical hazards and defects (such as insulation values or protective conductor resistances) using diagnostic software and smartphones. You will generate digital measurement protocols and fault reports directly from the software, coordinate the testing process with customers on-site, and address procedural questions. This position requires a completed electrotechnical qualification, meticulous attention to detail, and strong customer interaction skills, offering a stable, permanent contract in a future-proof industry.
